Intronis allows partners to brand both the management portal you provide to your clients as well as the Backup Agent software. This guide will walk you through the steps for applying your branding both the portal and the software.
Log into the management portal, go to the Preferences tab and go to Configure Branding.
Click on the Edit button to open the Branding Your Backup Solution wizard.
On the first page you will be asked to provide a logo to be used in branding the portal and the software. Your logo should be close to 960px by 320px for optimal results.
Browse to the image file you want to use as the logo. After you have selected it, click Next.
Next you will specify the colors used as the primary palette for the branded management portal. You can see what those colors will look like as a preview of the site is given in the wizard.
The second section of the Customize Portal page shows you the URL of your branded portal. To change this, you will need to contact Support (1-800-569-0155 option 1 or firstname.lastname@example.org).
Click Next when finished branding the portal.
On the Create Company Info page, you can specify the name of your company and a software name, the latter of which will be the name of the program installed when you run the installer downloaded from the management portal.
In the section below, provide the contact information which will be affixed to notifications sent out to clients. You should fill out the contact details you want clients to use when they need help or clarification about backup or restore issues.
Press Next when you are done.
On the final page, you have the opportunity to customize the email notifications your clients receive about backups. You can change the wording of the emails and add variables such as Computer ID and Files Backed Up which will reflect relevant data from the backup job spawning the notification.
When you are done changing the branding options you want, click Finish to commit those changes.
