The following is intended for gathering ISL logs for PRC issues. Collecting full logs has three different places you will need to look at.
- On the Client Side device, logs are stored per user account and are found in numbered folders under the below path. Each new folder represents each session connected (note date/time stamps):
%localappdata%\AppData\Local\ISL Online Cache\ISL Light
- On the PRC Agent devices you will need to collect the .out files from the following:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Avast\Premium Remote Agent
- While on the PRC Agent device, there are numbered folders per session, Again, note the date/time stamps for the most recent sets.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Avast\Premium Remote Agent\sessions
- From the Agent Side
C:\ProgramData\ISL Online Cache\ISL AlwaysOn Setup
