Collecting ISL Logs to diagnose PRC issues

The following is intended for gathering ISL logs for PRC issues. Collecting full logs has three different places you will need to look at.

  • On the Client Side device, logs are stored per user account and are found in numbered folders under the below path. Each new folder represents each session connected (note date/time stamps):
%localappdata%\AppData\Local\ISL Online Cache\ISL Light
  • On the PRC Agent devices you will need to collect the .out files from the following:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Avast\Premium Remote Agent
  • While on the PRC Agent device, there are numbered folders per session, Again, note the date/time stamps for the most recent sets.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Avast\Premium Remote Agent\sessions
  • From the Agent Side
C:\ProgramData\ISL Online Cache\ISL AlwaysOn Setup
